The TactiBite Fish Call has worked great for us and many of our customers, but it’s still very new technology. There are endless scenarios that still need to be tested and it’s impossible for us to test them all. We want for you to have time to figure out how to use it to help YOU catch more fish, so you have 3 months to test it, and figure out how to make it work best for youself. If you aren’t satisfied with it during that time, please contact returns@thefishcall.com to set up your return. It's an easy process, and you'll just need to return the product (in good condition with box), and we’ll refund your purchase price (excluding original shipping charge).

Please DO NOT just mail the product back to us without first receiving an RA# from returns@thefishcall.com. If you send it back without an RA# we will have no way of identifying your package when it arrives and it will be much more difficult to process your refund.

Please note: Our Money-Back Guarantee applies to the Origninal purchaser only. You must have purchased from www.TheFishCall.com and have proof of purchase (your order number will do). Items purchased at outlets/stores other than www.TheFishCall.com must adhere to that seller's return guidelines.
